My solar charger doesn’t work?
I bought a iphone emergency solar charger for my iphone 3Gs. it appears to be in good condition, but has no instructions, so I’m unsure how to operate it. When it is in light, the green “solar” LED lights up…and when I plug the power adapter into the wall, I get a green and red LED on the adapter….but the battery/charger does not seem to charge. I left the battery/charger plugged into the wall for 5 hours, then connected my iPhone 3GS to the USB connector…no power.
It can’t be a “solar charger” if you have to plug it into the wall outlet. You should be able to plug the iphone directly into it and have it charge the battery in the iphone, as long as it is in the sun.
Can you provide a model number, and look it up on the internet to see what this thing actually is?
