In ground vinyl pool in Guadalajara, Mexico.?

I Plan to build an inground vinyl pool.I Looked it here locally and couldnt find anyone that even knows about the vinyl pools....
After i searched the internet I decided to order the vinyl and acessories,from the usa and bring it to Mexico.
My questions are....Is it possible to build the pool in concrete,do the plumbing .install filter/pump and then cover it with vinyl liner ? The kits that I found with the polymer walls are too big to be shiped and will cost too much money....so I think is cheaper to build it by concrete,I have the workers already...
How do I Attach the liner to the borders of the pool while aspirating (with the vacuum) the air out? Someone mentioned duck tape,is there anything better to hold the liner in place?
What about solar heater can I use that in this vinyl pool,Where can I buy it ? I am planning to build a 12x24 feet and 55 inches deep.Any suggestion? Thank you! Cristy

I designed and built this Koi pond myself using chicken wire and cement. I also the water hyacinths as a natural filter. Also I would make the large lower pond at least 2 feet deep or deeper if you plan on having fish in there. It will make it more difficult for birds or raccoons to get them.
