Is Nostradamus 2012 Right?

I am usually skeptical but what do you make of the recent NASA report that solar flare activity is expected to increase now through 2012? I'm sure its just a coincidence, right?

Unless someone had somehow found a way to create an actual flux capacitor and found a way to use it to go back, there is no way someone at that time can tell us what the future will hold.

I have never heard a person truly tell the future without having a previous set up or giving only vague details, so i find it hard to believe any of it. If you listen to any of Nostradamus' predictions and pay attention to them you could relate them to a huge number of events that could have possibly happened in the past and say "wow he predicted that"

The media loves the state of Georgia. Whenever they want to sell some ad space Georgia steps up to the plate and delivers. Hosea Williams had a civil rights march in Forsyth county about a dozen years ago that nobody in Georgia paid any attention to. The national media covered the nonevent. Several years ago it was a slow news day, so we had the runaway bride and her riveting story. Of course who can forget the student teacher relationships, they are always good for a slow day. This last item is so ridiculous that it required a comment.

A dentist has been charged for assaulting his patients, repeat patients. Now how does that happen? If you go to the dentist and he abuses you, do you book another appointment? I do not know or care to know the details of this story but my point is this...

Last week I visited my dentist and he did a root canal procedure. It took over 2 hours because of a crown and root complication. My mouth was sore. It was very painful by the evening that day. Now the dentist did a great job. It was not his fault that my tooth had strange roots. The next day my lower jaw ached and I started taking pain pills knowing that I would probably be sore for a couple of days. The dentist telephoned personally in the AM. I missed the call. Before I could return his call, he called again and asked about my tooth...That's 2 personal calls from a very busy dentist. When I told him that my jaw hurt, he said come in first thing the next morning and he would check it out. I did. He checked it out and gave me a prescription to assist in the healing of my jaw. By the way, within 24 hours everything was super. Thanks doc.

Dr. Wilhoite did not need to follow up with me. He completed his procedure professionally and completely. It was a done deal. No one gives praise to the people who go that little bit extra. Because no one cares. As a society we are devolving. We are becoming completely self centered and the trend is accelerating.

Check out the immediate gratification in almost every daily activity. Does anyone take the high road anymore? Hey, don't get me wrong, I'm certainly no angel. It is just that this continual rubbish on the TV grinds you down. The continual propaganda comes from:

• politicians
• merchants
• religious leaders
• news media

Here are some suggestions:

• All news shows should read the news. Not opinion, not spin, the news. At certain times during the news there should be editorial or opinion segments. Any news item which is proven to be false will cause a several minute dead air penalty the following day. Enforced by the FCC.
• Anyone making false public statements should be punished in a similar fashion. This is in addition to any other justice currently in place. Meaning, a politician who lies about his voting record for example, should be forced to withdraw for a certain number of days in Congress during which he will not be able to vote or speak.

We need a reality check, not another reality show. We are being fed rubbish by the media in all forms and we are sucking it up like hogs. Perhaps the answer is in the educational system but that's another subject.
